The IMF helps Nepal 'westernize' their tax system. Take a look at how a small nation is reeled in. There's no reference to the lawfulness of such changes. The tax code is proving to be a maze of inconsistencies but the bottom line is that the labours and properties of Nepalese are fair game -- there are no laws that protect the rights of people in Nepal.
