| The Missing 13th Amendment by David Dodge - Researcher, Alfred Adask - Editor (08/01/1991) Searching for evidence of government corruption in public records stored in the Belfast Library on the coast of Maine. By chance, they discovered the library's oldest authentic copy of the Constitution of the United States (printed in 1825). Both men were stunned to see this document included a 13th Amendment that no longer appears on
current copies of the Constitution.

| Do You Have A Right to Police Protection? by Bill (05/12/2000) One of the basic themes of gun control is that only the police and military should have handguns or any type of firearm. I cannot explain their rationale, other than to say that gun control proponents must believe that the police exist to protect the citizenry from victimization. But in light of court decisions we find such is not the case. You have no right to expect the police to protect you from crime. Incredible as it may seem, the courts have ruled that the police are not obligated to even respond to your calls for help, even in life threatening situations!. To be fair to our men in blue, I think most officers really do want to save lives and stop dangerous situations before people get hurt. But the key point to remember is that they are under no legal obligation to do so. | |

| How George Soros Singlehandedly Created the European Refugee Crisis—and Why by David Galland and Stephen McBride (07/10/2016) So why is Soros going to such lengths to flood Europe with hordes of third-world Muslims?
We can’t be sure, but it has recently come to light that Soros has taken a large series of “bearish derivative positions” against US stocks. Apparently, he thinks that causing chaos in Europe will spread the contagion to the United States, thus sending US markets spiraling downward.
The destruction of Europe through flooding it with millions of unassimilated Muslims is a direct plan to cause economic and social chaos on the Continent.

| Sixth Rule by John Adams (06/01/1788) John Adams, in this chapter, is reviewing a 1656 work by Marchamont Nedham (1620-1678), titled "The Excellency of a free State, or the right Constitution of a Commonwealth," from which Adams quotes extensively. Notice should be made especially of the last paragraph, in which Adams outlines his views on the two legitimate functions of the right to keep and bear arms, which are for private self-defense, and for enforcing the law as a member of the general militia, under the direction of a democratically elected government (as local as possible). Note also his earlier analysis of the dangers inherent in a democratic tyranny of the majority, and, in passing, an explanation of the ancient origin of the phrase "crossing the Rubicon." | |

There's no reference to the lawfulness of such changes. The tax code is proving to be a maze of inconsistencies but the bottom line is that the labours and properties of Nepalese are fair game -- there are no laws that protect the rights of people in Nepal. Here is a perfect example of how it is being done. Be sure to check out the 'Rights of a Taxpayer' as the IMF sees them.

| A State Senator Explains 14th Amendment Citizenship by Wayne Stump, Arizona State Senator (10/21/1999) When one reflects on the meaning of "We the People" in the Consititution of the USA, it would seem to mean that the Preamble People were a class of people who, with the aid of God, originally secured their Liberty with the protections they constructed into the Organic Constitution and the first ten Amendments thereto. This, being the case, tends to bring the import of the 14th Amendment into focus. | |

| The 13th Amendment 'Disappears' Titles of Nobility and Honor by The AWARE Group (02/01/2002) Twenty years after the passage of the Bill of Rights, in January, 1810, Senator Reed proposed another "title of nobility" Amendment. On April 27, 1810, the Senate voted to pass the 13th Amendment by a vote of 26 to 1; the House resolved in the affirmative 87 to 3; and the following resolve was sent to the States for ratification. After 12 of the required 13 states had ratified the Amendment, war broke out with England, and Washington was burned along with most of the federal governments records. Was it ratified or not? | |

| |
| The Original 13th Amendment Constitution for the United States of America by The AWARE Group (02/01/2002) The Founders held an intense disdain and distrust of "Nobility" as a result of a long history, during Colonial times, of abuses and excesses against the Rights of Man and the established Common Law and Constitutions by the "Nobility", and therefore placed in the new Constitution two injunctions against acceptance of Titles of Nobility or Honor or emoluments from external sources. The Revolutionary War for Independence was primarily waged to eliminate these abuses and excesses of the "Nobility" and the "Monied Classes" from the life of the Nation, recognizing the Equality of all men. | |

| Fraud Shown in Passage of 16th Amendment by Larry Becraft (04/01/1989) The federal government and its tax agencies, supported by our congressmen, would like for us to believe that the power of the government to tax was greatly changed by the ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment in February 1913. Having been denied the right to tax incomes by a Supreme Court decision in 1895, Uncle Sam claims that, once this Amendment was ratified, a constitutional deficiency was corrected by the Amendment and that after 1913, it had a legal right to claim a portion of income of every American in taxes. | |

| The Council on Foreign Relations and The New World Order by William Blase (03/19/1995) For those who may be confused by the controversies surrounding the "New World Order", a One-World-Government, and American concern over giving the UN more power. If one group is effectively in control of national governments and multinational corporations; promotes world government through control of media, foundation grants, and education; and controls and guides the issues of the day; then they control most options available. The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and the financial powers behind it, have done all these things, and promote the "New World Order", as they have for over seventy years. The CFR is the promotional arm of the Ruling Elite in the United States of America. Most influential politicians, academics and media personalities are members, and it uses its influence to infiltrate the New World Order into American life. | |

| The "Boston Pamphlet" by Boston Committee of Correspondence (09/01/1772) Alarmed by Britain’s decision to remove the colonial assembly’s right to pay the governor’s and judges’ salaries -- thus removing any power it might wield over royal officials -- a group of Boston citizens led by Samuel Adams, James Otis, and Joseph Warren formed a citizens’ committee to oppose the action. The committee compiled a three-part document soon known as the “Boston Pamphlet” and distributed it throughout the colony. The document (1) asserted the colonists’ rights as men under natural law, as Christians under God’s law in the New Testament, and as British subjects under the British constitution; (2) listed twelve violations of those rights by Britain; and (3) invited response from other Massachusetts towns. Soon over one hundred new town “committees of correspondence” had been formed in Massachusetts. | |

During surgery it was found that his tumor had grown outside the wall of the bladder and the surgeon was unable to remove it all. He refused chemotherapy and radiation treatments and was given only 3-6 months to live. His family called me to see if I could help him. After hearing his case I couldn’t recommend herbal capsules because he had difficulty swallowing so I made him this blood tonic. Also included in his treatment was a Bladder and Kidney tonic along with diet changes.

| What Shall Be Done with the Slaves If Emancipated? Douglass' Monthly, January, 1862 by Frederick Douglass (01/01/1862) This question has been answered, and can be answered in many ways. Primarily, it is a question less for man than for God—less for human intellect than for the laws of nature to solve. It assumes that nature has erred; that the law of liberty is a mistake; that freedom, though a natural want of the human soul, can only be enjoyed at the expense of human welfare, and that men are better off in slavery than they would or could be in freedom; that slavery is the natural order of human relations, and that liberty is an experiment. | Pay The Piper! Call The Tune! by Elan (12/22/2011) The debt-money system generates serious problems. One of these is that private banks can create only the amount of the loan; they cannot create the money needed to pay the interest on that loan. There is never, therefore, enough money in the system. This makes growth imperative. The system must grow or die. Debt and the interest on debt grow faster than money and income because debt is the only way to create new money. If the money supply cannot keep up to the cost of debt and interest, the economy will stall. When the burden of debt exceeds the capacity of debtors to pay, or the willingness of lenders to lend, the system must fail. | |

| Fuel Cell Buses Technical Information by Georgetown University Advanced Vehicle Development (11/11/2000) Fuel cells produce electricity by electrochemically combining hydrogen and oxygen to form water. The hydrogen is broken down into its components (protons and electrons) at the anode. The protons pass through the electrolyte of the fuel cell. The electrons are forced to pass through an external circuit (the light bulb in the diagram), thereby supplying electrical power to external loads. On the Georgetown Fuel Cell Buses, the external loads are the propulsion and auxiliary systems. | |

| The Anatomy of File Download Spyware http://grc.com/downloaders.htm What do the NetZip-descended file downloaders whisper when they think you are not listening? As you will see on the page below, if you use the RealNetworks RealDownload, Netscape/AOL Smart Download, or NetZip Download Demon utilities in their default configuration . . . EVERY TIME you use one of these utilities to download ANY FILE from ANYWHERE on the Internet, the complete "URL address" of the file, along with a UNIQUE ID TAG that has been assigned to YOUR machine, and (in the case of Netscape's SmartDownload only) YOUR computer's individual Internet IP address, is immediately transmitted to the program's publisher. This allows a database of your entire, personal, file download history to be assembled and uniquely associated with your individual computer ... for whatever purpose the program's publishers may have today, or tomorrow. | |

| Is steam power in your future? by Skip Goebel (12/01/1998) A steam locomotive is a steam engine, boiler, and other equipment assembled to produce a machine capable of movement on railroad tracks. A steam engine, on the other hand, is any machine that converts steam pressure into motion - typically using a piston cylinder method. Those machines that convert steam pressure into direct rotating energy are steam turbines. | |

I printed about a dozen copies and gave them to family and friends. Since then I have added historical data, but the concepts and the message remain unchanged. Many of the predictions I made have already come to pass; but any pride I might have in being right is far offset by the grim substance of those predictions.
| Summary of Abusive Trust Schemes by IRS -Criminal Investigation Division (04/15/2000) In the last few years the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation (CI) has detected a proliferation of abusive trust tax evasion schemes. Currently, there are two prevalent fraudulent schemes being promoted: the “domestic scheme” and the “foreign scheme.” The domestic scheme involves a series of trusts that are formed in the U.S., while the foreign trust scheme is formed offshore and outside the jurisdiction of the U.S. The trusts involved in the schemes, either foreign or domestic, are vertically layered with each trust distributing income to the next layer. The result of this layered distribution of income is to fraudulently reduce taxable income to nominal amounts. Although these schemes give the appearance of the separation of responsibility and control from the benefits of ownership, these schemes are in fact controlled and directed by the taxpayer. | |

| |
| Fraudulent Foreign and Domestic Trusts by IRS (07/03/2000) Establishing a foreign or domestic trust for the purpose of hiding income and assets from taxation is illegal. Abusive Trust Schemes typically involve the creation of one or more trusts into which the taxpayer transfers his or her personal and/or business assets and to which the taxpayer assigns his or her income. The taxpayer, the promoter, or someone who will allow the taxpayer in reality to control the activities of the trust is then assigned as the trustee. | |

| Why hack DSS? by Kayo (09/03/2001) Obviously, it would be impossible for me to offer an explanation as to why everyone who hacks DSS does so. The reasons are likely as varied as we all are as individuals. And although DTV might like to simply use a broad brush and paint hackers as nothing more than common thieves who are simply motivated by the selfish desire to get something for nothing, the facts often run contrary to that simplistic explanation. For example, if you just take the time to read a modest sampling of the posts in alt.dss.hack over the course of any given month, it becomes obvious that there are some very talented, intelligent, affluent and, believe it or not, ethical people involved in this hobby. It therefore becomes equally obvious that personal gain, the driving motive behind true theft, is not at all a factor in the decision of many people to hack DSS. | |

| These United States Of America ... Are Not a Democracy! by James Kraft-Lorenz (04/18/2004) The United States of America was never intended to be a democracy. The framers and ratifiers meant to impose the stable rule of law and not the rule of men, motivated, at the instant, by whim and passion. Democracy is the antithesis of the rule of law, for it is precisely the rule of the voters: that is, rule without limits, obtaining its power from 50%, plus 1, regardless of the established law. Under demos (populace) kratos (master), from the Greek, the mere whim of the majority, right, wrong or indifferent, becomes the law. A lynch mob is democratic within this definition. | |

A Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, "Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?" With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded, "A republic, if you can keep it." | The Declaration of Independence for Modern Readers A Satire by Matt Neuman (07/04/2000) Given the recent trend to modernize classic works of literature, it seemed logical to modernize one of the great works of American literature: the Declaration of Independence. Jefferson and Co.'s affirmation of freedom and democracy is a wonderful document, but it simply doesn't speak to the current generation of TV-addicted zombies who wouldn't know a remote power from a remote control. With its archaic language and references to an unfamiliar, non-digital world, the D of I is sorely in need of an update to take it into the 21st Century. Hopefully this new version will be taught in our grade schools and civics classes, and a paper copy of it will replace the aging original now decomposing in the National Archives.

It was culled from the writings of Mr. Paine after his death, and published in a mutilated state by Mrs. Bonneville, his executrix. Passages having a reference to the Christian religion she erased, with a view no doubt of accommodating the work to the prejudices of bigotry. These, however, have been restored from the original manuscript, except a few lines which were rendered illegible.

| The Oncoming Monetary Collapse by Lawrence M. Parks (07/12/1998) If the notion of a small group of private companies creating $900 billion out of nothing is confusing to you, it is only because the concept is so blatantly outrageous. By the way, they don't call it creating money. They use jargon to confuse you. They call it "fractional reserve lending." | |

| What Everyone should know about our Monetary System by Lawrence Parks (09/12/1999) The monetary system of the United States is inherently a fraud upon people,
both at home and abroad. Essentials of our money are being misrepresented, and
crucial information is not being disclosed. The beneficiaries of
the fraud are mostly those in the financial sector of the economy, very large
corporations, and the politicians they
finance. | |

| World Trade Organization by Congressman Ron Paul (03/31/2000) Now we have a global trade agency that can actually overrule our laws. For example, the WTO is now claiming that we are not taxing our small companies enough, and that is an unfair trade advantage! We are supposed to raise taxes at the orders of international bureaucrats in Geneva! | |

| A Republic, If You Can Keep It by Ron Paul (02/02/2000) At the close of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on September 18, 1787, a Mrs. Powel anxiously awaited the results, and as Benjamin Franklin emerged from the long task now finished, asked him directly: "Well Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?" "A republic if you can keep it," responded Franklin. | |

| Ron Paul's Farewell Address to Congress by Ron Paul (11/14/2012) "I have come to one firm conviction after these many years of trying to figure out 'the plain truth of things.' The best chance for achieving peace and prosperity, for the maximum number of people world-wide, is to pursue the cause of LIBERTY. " | |
| |
| Sorry, Mr. Franklin, “We’re All Democrats Now” by Ron Paul (01/29/2003) At the close of the Constitutional Conventional in 1787, Benjamin Franklin told an inquisitive citizen that the delegates to the Constitutional Convention gave the people “a Republic, if you can keep it.” We should apologize to Mr. Franklin. It is obvious that the Republic is gone, for we are wallowing in a pure democracy against which the Founders had strongly warned... (Speech before House of Representatives, Jan 29, 2003) | |

"Pure trust" schemes are those in which people are convinced to place all of their assets into a number of trusts of dubious legitimacy in order to hide their assets from creditors and tax collectors. This report explains the primary targets of the scam, the nature of the "product" offered, the pitch the scammers use, the true status of such trusts and the consequences for those people who actually purchase "pure trusts." It also describes other, related scams and frauds that are similar to are aimed at a similar audience, and offers a few suggestions as to ways to help solve the problem.

You will do me the justice to remember, that I have always strenuously supported the Right of every Man to his own opinion, however different that opinion might be to mine. He who demies to another this right, makes a slave of himself to his present opinion, because he precludes himself the right of changing it. The most formidable weapon against errors of every kind is Reason. I have never used any other, and I trust I never shall. | Greenspan: Still Going for the Gold by Judy Shelton (05/15/1997) If patience is a virtue, Alan Greenspan is a saint. For more than three decades he has endeavored to guide the nation toward sound money -- first as a radical intellectual, then as an business economist and presidential adviser, and currently as chairman of Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. His critics on the left seem unable to comprehend the destructive consequences of irresponsible fiscal policy and accommodative monetary policy. His critics on the right simply cannot appreciate the long-term perspective of Greenspan, a man who argued powerfully in the 1960s that "gold and economic freedom are inseparable" and who has steadfastly, albeit slowly, continued to pursue the realization of his intellectual ideals in the economic sphere. Arbitrary and capricious, he is not.

| 1895 Eighth Grade Final Exam Salina, Kansas by Smoky Valley Genealogical Society and Library (05/05/1895) Could you have passed the 8th Grade in 1895? In 1885 the 8th grade was considered upper level education. Many children quit school as soon as they could master the basic fundamentals of the 3 R's (reading, writing and arithmetic). Most never went past the 3rd or 4th grade. That's all you needed for the farm and most city jobs. Child labor laws were not in existence. Additionally today's education has much more focus on technology and sociology than the grammar and geography of old. It's a different world with different requirements and capabilities needed to succeed. | |

| Socioeconomics, Sovereignty, and Freedom by Sons of Liberty (06/01/1996) The Sons of Liberty have documented 300+ years long continuous, activist advocacy, through several changes of names and tactics but direct, unbroken and continuous nevertheless, of what is today called communism, though undoubtedly not for much longer: in the last 30 years they have changed the label they use three times! It appears to be in the middle of yet another name and tactic metamorphosis right now. Don't let them fool you. | |

What he provided was a biography and intellectual analysis of some thirty great thinkers. Most valuable is his extraordinary job of editing. He chooses the best and most enlightening of their writings and brings them to life.

| Goodbye Cold War, Hello Resource Wars http://www.alternet.org/story.html?StoryID=10797 Last year Bill Gates went through 4.7 million gallons of water -- nearly 60 times the consumption of a typical homeowner. His water bill was $24,828. He probably gladly paid it (or more likely never saw it) and it made the news not because Americans face water shortages but because the number on the bill ranks decently high among outrageous consumption stories. But according to Michael Klare, director of the Five College Program in Peace and World Security Studies at Hampshire College and author of the new Resource Wars: The New Landscape of Global Conflict, such news may soon be cause for alarm. | |

| Billions for the Bankers - Canadian Version http://www.somagardens.com/billions/index.htm In 1867 the Fathers of Confederation gave the federal government (under Section 91 of the British North America Act) the right to create Canada's money supply. However, our federal government has given this right to the private chartered banks. Instead of getting our money supply for the cost of printing, our federal government now borrows the money from the chartered banks and pays over $40 billion per year interest. Payment of this interest took 33% of all the taxes collected in the last fiscal year. This means all businesses, farmers and individuals also have to borrow our money supply. Because money to pay this interest is never issued, we have to borrow the money to pay the interest. Thus borrowing drives all of us, including our governments, deeper and deeper into debt. | |

| Can Marijuana Save the U.S. Economy? by Charles Del Valle (11/04/2015) Most dispensaries, grow operations and processors are hiring in Oregon. And most businesses are waiting with anticipation until recreational sales are fully opened up later next year. We’ve already seen a small taste of what’s to come. In October, the state allowed anyone 21 or over to walk into a medical dispensary and buy dried marijuana flower or cuttings. Many dispensaries reported that sales jumped anywhere from 5 to 10 times over, and remain strong. | |
